I spend a lot of time looking at what actually happens.
BEN ON DELIVERY is my operator publication about the point where systems meet reality.
My current work gives me a front-row seat to apartment delivery, building operations, technology, process handoffs and the behaviour that sits between them.
I’m interested in the mechanism underneath the visible problem. What did the process expect? What did the person actually do? What did the physical environment make easier? Where did responsibility become unclear? What evidence would change the conclusion?
Amazon Key is part of my current lived work and gives me useful field experience, but BEN ON DELIVERY is not an Amazon site. It is where I develop a broader body of thinking around parcel delivery, apartment operations and practical systems.
I’m not interested in manufacturing expertise. The aim is to build it the slower way: real work, better questions, competing viewpoints, evidence, useful conversations and a willingness to change my mind.
Continue the conversation.
Parcel delivery, an article, media, an introduction, a collaboration or something completely different. Send me a note.
